This is great piece of art that I found in this buddhist temple in Taipei. The cool thing is, due to the Japanese Imperialism, they were able to translate a traditional Chinese piece with the concept of Japanese wood block technique….

You can see a lot of this influence of inspiration to many of the Los Angeles Chicano artist’s like Chaz Boroquez to Japanese artists like Usugrow.

My Favorite Taiwanese Street Food Snack….

The Taiwanese Stinking TOFU!!!  This is the best thing next to cheese, I was quite amazed that Anthony Bourdain and Andrew Zimmer couldn’t hang with it. Its a foul fermented smell, but when u eat and taste it, its just like any ordinary tofu.

Billy Mays is a world- famous pitchman,better known for his infomercials for OxiClean. He just started up a new reality show on the Discovery channel, PITCHMEN..

Mays had just returned from Philadelphia, where he shot a new OxiClean commercial. He was a passenger aboard a plane that suffered a blown front tire upon landing. He told a local TV station, “All of a sudden as we hit you know it was just the hardest hit, all the things from the ceiling started dropping. It hit me on the head, but I got a hard head.”

First Farrah now all of a sudden Jacko.Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon at his Holmby Hills home and paramedics were unable to revive him. We’re told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back…

Farrah Fawcett died at 9:28 AM today at St. John’s hospital in Santa Monica in the ICU.

For those of you who dont know, Farrah was one of the original Charlie’s Angels & a famous actor/icon.
