This device records stereo quality music straight onto your iPod. The way it makes this possible is through the pair of cardioid condenser microphones that capture 16-bit digital audio in either 44.1kHz or 22kHz. 1/4 XLR jacks make the Alesis Protrack studio ready by providing the capacity to connect professional mixing devices. There is also a 1/8 inch headphone jack so you can listen to your own recordings, as well as an illimunated LED-level. The music industry was doin bad with Napster-NOW they are totally screwd.
