Artist Justin Gignac sells little plastic cubes filled with trash from the streets of New York City for $50 a pop. Why would one pay for garbage?? I guess it represents a piece of the Big Apple – Have a piece, even if you have never been there..
Each box is filled with unique pieces of refuse that the artist signs, dates, and numbers. Gignac has already sold over 1,200 pieces. Now thats some recycling.
Should i-package some used condoms & sand from LA??
